Important Information for Key Workers
As of Monday 23rd March 2020, St Antony’s will be closed until further notice from the Government/ Local Authority.
For this week only, we have put support in place for children of Critical Key Workers and the Most Vulnerable whose parents were contacted by the school personally. They will be supported by the school until the London Borough of Newham has established its hubs to support this group by Wednesday of this week. Please see LBN Website.
Who are Critical Key Workers?
Doctors, Nurses, Police, Fire Fighters, Ambulance and other Emergency workers etc.
However, even if you belong to this group of CRITICAL KEY WORKERS but you are off work and at home you are asked to keep your child/children at home with you.
If your child falls under the heading of ‘vulnerable child’ and has a social worker, get in touch with your Social Worker for advice and guidance immediately and they’ll work with you to decide the best options for your
child. They should also have information regarding support systems that are being put in place via the Local Authority (London Borough of Newham).
If there is an emergency (a pupil or parent succumbing to COVID-19 or in need of crucial advice or help) please contact the following after April 1st:
